When using NFT, you need a virtual currency wallet.

This section explains how to create a MetaMask wallet.

There is nothing difficult about it, so please refer to it if you are interested.

In advance

• MetaMask is only available as a Chrome extension.
• There are two keys in a virtual currency wallet: the public key and the private key.
• Public key: It serves the same purpose as your account number. You can make this public to receive payments in your wallet.
• Private key: Plays the same role as the PIN number of your bankbook. Do not make this public, share it with others, or forget it. If you forget your key, there is no way to retrieve your crypto assets.

How to create a MetaMask wallet

1. Open MetaMask extension in Google Chrome browser and install it in Chrome.

   

2. Check your Chrome browser for extensions.

   

3. After selecting a wallet, the following screen will appear, and click "Get Started.

   

4. To create a new MetaMask, select "Create a Wallet" on the right side.

   

5. Set a password of at least 8 characters.

   

6. Make copies of the 12 words used to create the private key and store them in a safe place.

   

   *As long as you know this sequence of words, you can install MetaMask on another computer and restore your existing account, even if you forget the password you set on the previous screen.

   *It can also be used to reset your password. Therefore, if you forget this series of words, you will have no way to retrieve your wallet.
